In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 (implementation of EU Directive 2019/1937), Echolight Spa promotes a corporate culture based on transparency, integrity, and legality. If you are aware of violations, unlawful conduct, or irregularities that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, we invite you to report them through our dedicated channels.

Who can report?

The channel is available to all those who, in various capacities, work with or for our company:

Employees, former employees, and job candidates

Collaborators, interns, and volunteers

Suppliers, customers, consultants, and business partners

Shareholders and persons with administrative, management, or Supervisory

What can be reported?

Reports must concern behaviors, acts, or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, such as:

  • Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses
  • Violations of the Organization and Management Model (MOG) 231 or the Code of Ethics
  • Fraud, corruption, or violations of competition laws
  • Violations of data security (Privacy/GDPR), IT security, or occupational health and safety
  • Damage to the environment

Please note: This channel should NOT be used for commercial complaints, personal disputes related to employment, or complaints about company services and products. For these needs, the normal support channels and Human Resources remain active.

Protection of the Reporter and Confidentiality

Absolute confidentiality: The identity of the reporter, the person reported, and anyone mentioned in the report is protected and will not be disclosed without the reporter’s explicit consent.

Prohibition of retaliation: Any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization (direct or indirect) against anyone who reports in good faith is strictly prohibited and punishable.

Independent management: Reports are handled by an independent and specifically trained Report Manager / Supervisory Body.
