Highlight:
This study evaluates the performance of Fragility Score, an innovative parameter obtained by REMS technology which is independent from BMD and evaluates bone quality. In a group of 414 women, Fragility Score has shown a superior performance in the identification of patients at risk for osteoporotic fracture compared both to the T-Score obtained with the gold standard DXA as well as to REMS T-Score.
